مقدمة عن الدورة :



This diploma was designed by a group of American
Professors from leading universities and organization
in United States of America; with a fundamental
goal to provide the Emirates Managers and Executives
with fundamentals of Management and Organizational
Development "The American Style"




This Diploma contains several course outlines that
covers the basics with the potential to progress to
advanced level courses within the desired specialization
as needed and arranged among the Professors,
the Trainees and the needs of their corporations
and or sponsors



The total number of hours required are 50 hours
including the classroom seminar, homework,
discussions, research papers and individual presentations.
Each of the above listed courses will be conducted
Four hours per Seminar, Four hours for Homework and
Applied Research

The courses taught will provide the necessary
information to guide the trainees and to give them
theoretical and practical applicable concepts
with reference to: Critical Thinking, Decision
Making, Organizational Development, Conflict
Resolution, Corporate Culture and Organizational
Efficiency




These five courses for this diploma serve as a solid
foundation for Managers and Executives to pursue
a professional development and advancement.
It is designed to introduce basic business concepts that
form the structures upon which business transactions,
management, marketing, and business policies are built


The basics in business are best viewed as essential
stepping-stones to greater understanding of the market structure,
business formulations, consumer behavior and profit maximization



This Programm will apply business & management
theories to contemporary business issues with
a view to identifying the difference between
scientific analysis, theories and opinion
